Return Policy

At LOUV, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To return a product, please visit our return portal where you can enter your order number and email address to receive further instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by LOUV.


Return Conditions

For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must not have been used or washed.

  • All original LOUV tags must be intact and attached to the product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund – provided it is in perfect condition. We only accept products that are undamaged, unaltered, clean, unused, and unwashed (except for trying on). Tags and packaging must be in original condition.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges & Refunds

  • For defective products, we are happy to offer either an exchange or a refund.

  • Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a completed return form.

  • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted if initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Products returned as defective but showing damage not caused by manufacturing faults will not be accepted (e.g. damage due to misuse or wear and tear).

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we have received and inspected your return.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. First check your bank account or payment method.

  2. Contact your payment provider if needed.

Standard Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method and account used at checkout.
For purchases made with gift cards or digital gift cards, refunds will be issued as store credit (a new gift card).

Note: Shipping costs and shipping-related VAT are non-refundable.


Defective Products

We accept returns for products that do not meet expected lifespan and are covered by our warranty.
Warranty coverage depends on product category and type of defect.
Products damaged through misuse are not covered by warranty.
The intended use of a product will be assessed according to LOUV’s own guidelines.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will resolve this as quickly as possible. Please visit the return portal and enter the last 6 digits of your order number along with your email address to receive further instructions.


Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days via the same payment method used at checkout.
