At Louv, we strive to provide a safe and seamless shopping experience. Below you will find all information about shipping, returns, and what applies if any issues occur with your order.


Shipping Information

Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively within Canada. Expansion to additional countries is planned.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Total delivery time is 6–10 business days (including processing time).

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has left our warehouse.

Express Shipping

We do not currently offer express delivery, as our standard delivery is carefully optimised for both quality and reliability.


Returns, Refunds & Reshipments

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Therefore, we offer refunds or reshipments in the following cases:

Approved cases for refund or reshipment

  • Wrong, damaged, or defective product

  • Missing products in the delivery

  • No tracking updates within 30 days after dispatch

  • Package returned to our warehouse by customs or the carrier

  • Delivery to the wrong address caused by us

Refund or reshipment is not granted if

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Cancellation request is made after the package has been shipped

  • Tracking shows the package has been delivered but the customer claims it was not received

  • Delivery fails because the carrier could not reach the recipient

  • The customer refuses to accept the delivery


Proof & Timeframe for Claims

To process a claim, the following must be sent to our customer support:

  • A photo of the product and the shipping label on the package

  • Your order number and a description of the issue

📌 Claims must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.


Reshipment for Returned Packages

If your order is returned to our logistics centre (e.g., because it was not collected), we can reship it.
A reshipment fee of USD $8 applies, payable by the customer.
